• Are there any restricted affiliate activities?

  We take our affiliate program guidelines seriously and ask that all affiliates adhere to the following:

  • • No fraudulent or unethical behavior will be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate your account if you engage in such activity.
  • • Self-referrals are not permitted as the aim is to refer new customers, not obtain discounts for your account.
  • • Providing false or misleading information, such as advertising non-existent discounts, is not allowed.

  If we notice any suspicious behavior or abuse of the system, your RenderLion affiliate account will be suspended.

  Please note that we may modify our affiliate program terms and conditions at anytime.

• How much money can I earn through RenderLion's affiliate program?

  You will earn a 25% lifetime commission when someone purchases using your affiliate link.

  This applies to one-time, monthly and annual subscription plans until customers cancel their subscriptions. The commission also applies to any current promotions we have.

• When does RenderLion issue commission payments?

  As a RenderLion affiliate, you can expect to receive your commission payout on or before the 20th of every month, regardless of the amount, through PayPal. Please note that there is a 30-day approval process for affiliate commissions.

  Any pending commissions will not be accepted until after a minimum delay of 30 days, allowing for refunds per our 7-day money-back refund policy.

• What is the duration of the affiliate cookies?

  For the RenderLion affiliate program to work, cookies must be enabled on the referred user's browser so that we can track the referral accurately.

  The referral cookie has a lifespan of 60 days, meaning that if the user purchases the product within 60 days of the first referred visit, you will receive credit for the referral. The conversion will not be tracked if the user purchases the product after that.
