Services include but are not limited to any service and/or Content that RenderLion makes available to or performs for you and the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted, or performed on the Website or through the Services. Content ("Content") includes but is not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, news articles, posters, images, illustrations, and software.
Your access to the Website may be interrupted from time to time due to equipment malfunction, updates, maintenance, repair processes, or any other reason within or outside the control of RenderLion.com.
RenderLion.com reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Website and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. RenderLion may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or all of the Website and the Services without notice or liability.
Anyone who wants to use RenderLion.com has to register and create an account. The following rules apply to those to choose to register and use RenderLion.com:
We reserve the right to refuse registration / cancel a RenderLion account ID at our discretion; if you select an account ID for your account, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it infringes upon another's rights or marks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RenderLion password.
Services are available only to individuals at least 13 years old, whether acting on their behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity. If you are under 13 years old, do not attempt to register or use the Services. Mass or serial account creation: while there are limited, legitimate reasons for creating multiple accounts, creating serial or overlapping accounts may result in account termination. Please get in touch with us if you have questions about managing multiple accounts.
Billing: You can have full access to the tools, features, animation generator, and templates of RenderLion.com with no watermark on the videos you want to use if you buy Renders. The fee for our service will be billed on an annual or monthly basis according to the preferences and Payment Method chose at the commencement of your paid membership. The monthly/yearly fee will be automatically withdrawn on the calendar day corresponding to your paid membership. In some cases, the timing of your billing may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paying membership began on a day not contained in a given month. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will charge any additional tax when required to do so.
Payment Method: You can change your Payment Method by accessing your RenderLion account and clicking on the "Billing & invoices" link. When you subscribe to our service, you authorize us to continue the billing according to the chosen Payment Method. Suppose a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account. In that case, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method.
Downgrades: You can unsubscribe from your RenderLion paid membership, and you will continue to have access to the same services through the end of your monthly/annual billing period. We do not provide refunds for any partial-month membership periods. To unsubscribe, you need to go to the "Billing & invoices" page from your account and follow the instructions for unsubscription.
Changes to the Price and Service Plans: We may change our service plans and the price of our service from time to time. Any price changes or changes to our service plans will be announced through a notification and apply to you no earlier than 30 days from the day you were notified. If you don't agree with the new price or service plans, you'll be able to unsubscribe from the Services.
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service or any other purpose not reasonably intended by RenderLion. We respect other people's rights, and we expect you to do the same.

RenderLion may remove any content and accounts for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content) or for no reason.

Requesting or providing Email addresses, usernames, telephone numbers, or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of RenderLion to circumvent or abuse the RenderLion messaging system or RenderLion platform is not permitted. Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the register page.
RenderLion does not provide any guarantee of the level of service to buyers. You may use the dispute resolution tools on the register page. RenderLion does not protect users who interact outside of the RenderLion platform or actively violate our Terms of Service.
All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on RenderLion's platform.
Rude, abusive, improper language or violent messages sent to users will not be tolerated and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account.
If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Service, you should report it to us through the appropriate channels to handle these issues. Our team reviews all cases. Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms of Service or any user misconduct reported to our team. We allow users a medium for which messages are exchanged between individuals, a system to rate videos and engage on larger platforms such as Social Media pages.
Phishing and Spam: RenderLion takes its members' security seriously. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content to compromise another member's account or computer environment are strictly prohibited. Please respect our member's privacy by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent.
Privacy & Identity: You MUST not publish or post other people's private and confidential information without having their consent. Our Terms of Service will not protect any users who engage and communicate off of RenderLion. Any exchange of personal information required to complete a service must be provided on the register page.
Intellectual Property Claims: RenderLion will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement.
Fraud & Unlawful Use: You MUST not use RenderLion for unlawful purposes or conduct illegal activities.
Multiple Accounts: To prevent fraud and abuse, users are limited to one active account. Any additional accounts determined to be created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or mislead the RenderLion community will be disabled. Mass accounts creation may result in disabling all of the related accounts. Note: any violations to RenderLion's Terms of Service cause permanent suspension of all accounts.
Targeted Abuse: We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on RenderLion. This includes creating multiple new accounts to harass members through our message or ordering system.
Selling Accounts: You MUST not buy or sell RenderLion accounts.
Others' intellectual property rights may protect Content in the Services. Please don't copy, upload, download, or share Content unless you have the right to do so. You're responsible for your conduct, your stuff, and you must comply with our Policy.
If necessary, we may review your conduct and Content for compliance with these Terms and our Policy. We are not responsible for the content people post and share through RenderLion.
Please safeguard your password and make sure that others don't have access to it. We recommend you keep your account information updated.
RenderLion reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or any illegal or inappropriate use of the Website or services. RenderLion's Terms of Service violation may get your account disabled permanently. Users who have violated our Terms of Service and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account. Users must be able to verify their account ownership through Customer Support by providing materials that prove ownership of that account. In such a situation, any personal information will be used for identification purposes and destroyed after the proof of ownership is done. RenderLion may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, RenderLion will create a new copy of the terms of service available on this page and notify the users in case of significant updates.
Please note that you are obligated to notify whenever changes of policies occur. By accepting the terms, you confirm that you understand and agree that if you use RenderLion after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed and notified you, RenderLion will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
You are free to stop using our Services at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or end the Services at our discretion and without notice. For example, we may stop or terminate your use of the Services if you're not complying with these Terms or use the Services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services, or disrupt others' use of the Services.
Except for Paid Accounts, we reserve the right to terminate and delete your account if you haven't accessed our Services for 12 consecutive months. When doing this, we will provide you with notice via the email address associated with your account before we do so.
All created from scratch to RenderLion by our users is user-generated Content. User-Generated Content refers to the Content added by users as opposed to the existing Content created or uploaded on the Website. RenderLion does not check user uploaded/created Content for appropriateness, copyright violations, trademarks, or other rights. We invite everyone to report violations together with proof of ownership as appropriate. Reported violating Content may be removed or disabled.
Furthermore, RenderLion is not responsible for the Content or the quality of the templates provided by other users.
